Exhibitor Areas vary per event and may include inside the General Session room, pre-function and registration areas, or a separate Exhibit Hall. No carpeting or pipe & drape needed. This includes table-top exhibit space only. A table and chairs will be provided. Standard Exhibit includes space up to 8ft wide for approved display items. Large Exhibit includes space up to 10ft wide for approved display items. The use of Pop-Up Banners and Backdrops must be cleared with the event staff prior to registration. Electrical service and other ancillary items such as internet connections are not included in exhibit registration. Complete details will be provided to registered participants prior to the event. Defense Leadership Roundtable
The Defense Leadership Roundtable is an invitation-only focus group discussion (no formal presentations, no audience) with Summit speakers and other special guests. Real issues and challenges will be discussed with military, government, congressional, and industry leaders while generating possible solutions in real-time. Summit attendees can submit questions on topics related to DoD Acquisition/Procurement/Contracting in advance. A brief summary of the discussion will be provided to all Summit attendees by the Summit Moderator at the beginning of the afternoon General Session. Not featured at all events.
Matchmaking Sessions/Virtual Meets are an opportunity to participate in one-on-one or small virtual group meetings with representatives from various government agencies, contracting services, and prime contractors, with the purpose to facilitate targeted information exchange and match needs with resources and solutions.
